Imperial Gold Reserve Caviar
Only a select few of Imperial’s hybrid sturgeon produce truly golden pearls. These choice sturgeon make up our exclusive Imperial Gold Reserve caviar.
This caviar’s notably large and firm eggs make for a pleasant sensation on the palate, melting in the mouth with a full-bodied, creamy flavor. Hints of almond nuttiness may also be detected.
Imperial Gold Reserve caviar is produced from the offspring of the Kaluga and Amur Sturgeon, both found in the Amur River basin.
Imperial Caviar Company – Co-Branded Caviar
Ali Reza Korouji of Imperial Caviar has been a friend of Browne Trading and a trusted source of the world’s best caviar for decades, initially sourcing wild Beluga, Osetra, and Sevruga caviars from Iran.
As the world’s market has shifted, Imperial has become a leading caviar producer in their own right, choosing select members from stocks of farmed sturgeon raised by Kaluga Queen in the 10,000 Great Lake region of China. Sturgeon are raised in deep-water pens where they thrive in conditions similar to their natural wild habitat.
The caviar is then transported to Germany, where Reza’s team of hand-selected caviar professionals turn out some of the most visually-striking caviar on the market.
Caviar Graded and Packed at Browne Trading
All the caviar offered by Browne Trading is graded by our Caviar Master Richard Hall. Grading consists of opening large tins of Caviar, sent from the producer, and evaluating the caviar’s tone, texture, and taste.
Did you know that Browne Trading is the only caviar company in the United States that co-brands with producers of caviar? This means you can trace the caviar right back to the farm it came from! It also means that our caviar is the finest the producer has to offer, this is natural as it has their name on the label.
