White Sturgeon Caviar

Raised and harvested in aqua farms located in Italy. Giaveri White Sturgeon (Transmontanus) yields beautiful, creamy and buttery roe.

Fed on a natural diet in ponds of filtered artesian well water, this is truly sustainable caviar. The result of this controlled process is caviar of consistent quality and freshness, with medium-sized, rich brown-black eggs exhibiting a creamy yet clean flavor.

Giaveri farms and produces its own caviar entirely in its northern Italian fish farm. Here, their state of the art technologies makes the facilities ecologically sustainable and helps safeguards their superb sturgeon stocks which live in conditions comparable to the wild.

We offer two other premium Giaveri caviar selections, including Giaveri Siberian and Giaveri Osetra.
