Browne Trading’s Traditional Scotch Cured Smoked Salmon
Browne Trading utilizes fresh Atlantic Salmon raised in Scotland, Mediterranean Sea Salt, and pure Scotch Whisky in the cure of our house smoked salmon. The Scottish Salmon provides the buttery texture while the scotch helps to maintain a smoothness not found in other smoked salmons. The salmon is then delicately smoked over select fruitwood. The result is a truly unique smoked salmon that is creamy and silky, with a mild sweetness that compliments the rich smoked flavor perfectly.
