Browne Trading utilizes fresh Atlantic Salmon, Mediterranean sea salt, and pure scotch whiskey to cure our house-smoked salmon.
The Scottish salmon provides a buttery texture while the scotch maintains a smoothness not found in other smoked salmons. The salmon is then delicately smoked over select fruit wood. The result is a truly unique smoked salmon that is creamy, silky, and with a mild sweetness that compliments the rich smoked flavor perfectly.
