Maine Oysters – Seasonal Selection
Atlantic Oysters are all Crassostrea virginica – but not necessarily created equal. We believe that those hailing from the cold waters of Maine are the best -robust and briny in flavor. Our Maine Oysters are perfect for serving on the half shell, with or without mignonettes, or try them baked or on the grill.
We ship the freshest oysters in our inventory the day of your order – such as Browne points, Pemaquids, John’s River, Bagaduce, and Glidden Points (to name a few).
