Renowned for its mild, delicate flavor, North Atlantic Salmon features moderately firm meat with a large, tender flake and a naturally smooth, buttery texture. Thanks to its rich oil content, it performs beautifully on the grill or under the broiler, yielding a moist and flavorful result every time.

Our salmon are farm-raised to the highest standards of sustainability and care. Every stage of the life cycle is meticulously monitored to ensure pristine quality and taste. We proudly source from two of Scotland’s most respected and ethical producers—Wester Ross and Loch Duart—both celebrated for their dedication to responsible aquaculture and exceptional flavor.

Suggested serving sizes: 
Whole fish: 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving fish whole.
Filleted fish: 6-8oz of raw fish per person when serving filleted fish.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
