Creating delicious smoked salmon starts with the sourcing of premium quality ingredients. That’s why we use top-quality fresh Atlantic Salmon, raised in Scotland. For this Maple Hot Smoked selection, we add maple syrup, produced in Maine, and then smoke the sides with cherry applewood.
This process results in a smoked salmon that will melt in your mouth with a rich, exquisite flavor.
Available as an unsliced 2 lb average side. Frozen.

Located at Browne Trading’s headquarters in Portland, Maine, is our boutique Smoke House. Here, our Smoke-Master, Morgan, works daily to perfect his craft.
It is in our low-production Smoke Room where we prepare by hand, smoke, and package your selection.
