Maple Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon
Our Hot Smoke processing (smoking at a higher temperature that essentially “cooks” the fish) produces a flaky and firmer textured salmon than our cold smoked selections. We use pure Maine maple syrup to glaze the fillets and vibrant cherry applewood to hot smoke – resulting in flaky bites of rich and sweet salmon. Available, unsliced, in 2.5 lb fillet or a loin cut weighing approximately 6-8 oz. each. Product ships frozen.
