Our Smoked Shrimp is smoked here in Browne Trading’s own boutique Smoke House. The secret to the quality of our smoked shrimp is that we only use premium quality fresh pink shrimp, harvest in New England. We cure the shrimp by hand with a blend of seven herbs and natural flavorings. We then cold smoke them with hickory.
Did you know that smoked fish has a long shelf life? Sealed smoked fish lasts several weeks in the fridge and frozen smoked fish lasts a few months!
