We consider the Maine diver scallops a personal sense of pride. While most scallops are trawled for during the week, licensed scuba divers hand harvest these individually on cold Saturdays in the winter. They are then processed on the boat to maintain peak freshness.
The Siberian caviar is a new specie we carry from one of our favorite and most popular farms, Galilee. You might be familiar with our Galilee Royal and Prime Osetra already. You can expect a mildly sweet, buttery, and firm pop in these dark olive gray pearls.
This kit is a perfect main course, side dish, or appetizer for groups. Let this be the star of the meal but we recommend pairing with scalloped potatoes, green beans, champagne, and rose champagne.
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
