Creating delicious smoked salmon starts with the sourcing of premium quality ingredients. That’s why we only use first-rate fresh Atlantic Salmon, raised in Scotland. For this Maple Hot Smoked selection, we add maple syrup, produced in Maine, and then smoke the sides with cherry applewood.

This process results in a smoked salmon that will melt in your mouth with a rich, exquisite flavor.
