Raised and harvested in aqua farms located in California. The native Californian White Sturgeon (Transmontanus) yields beautiful roe much like the finest Osetra.
Fed on a natural diet in ponds of filtered artesian well water, this is truly sustainable caviar. The result of this controlled process is caviar of consistent quality and freshness, with medium sized, rich brown-black eggs exhibiting a creamy yet clean flavor.
