All of our smoked salmon is smoked here in the heart of Portland’s Old Port fishing community. It is here that we have taken this age-old preservation method and turned it into an art form. No preservatives, chemicals or dyes are used in our curing process. Our cold-smoked varieties include our Scotch Cured Smoked Scottish Salmon, Citrus & Basil Smoked Atlantic Salmon, Maine Spiced Salmon and our Smoked Salmon with Dill.
