Caviar Galilee – Osetra Caviar from Israel
“Caviar Galilee” is produced by one of the longest running fish farms in Israel, which has been involved in aqua culture since 1939. “Caviar Galilee” Farm began growing Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) in 1992, when the first fertilized eggs were imported directly from Russia to their Farm in Israel.
The Farm is located in close proximity to the main source of the Jordan River – the Dan Springs, which flow with crystal clear snow waters from the peaks of Mount Hermon. The natural flow of water which gravitates through the Farm enables fish breeding in water that, according to all criteria, is considered drinking water – clear, pure and rich in oxygen.
The Russian Osetra fingerlings, which are imported to the Farm directly from the Caspian Sea, are raised in conditions that are most similar to natural conditions, enabling the quality of world known and prized elite caviar. The Farm’s state-of-the-art caviar production is accompanied by leading specialists with extensive experience and knowledge in the field of caviar.
Their caviar is produced from ten to eleven year old fish. During the production process, the caviar is produced separately from each single fish and is then packed separately. This process ensures the product’s purity, without mixing caviar from different fish. As a result, every tin of “Caviar Galilee” is a whole world of exceptional purity as well as amazing depth and qualities of taste.

Galilee Osetra Prime – medium grain pearls with dark to slate color. Firm texture with a robust flavor and “hazelnut” finish.
