Spoonbill (Paddlefish Roe)
Perhaps our most popular domestic roe, wild harvested Spoonbill has small silvery-gray pearls. Paddlefish are found in the Mississippi and Tennessee rivers, where they surface feed gathering food with their large spoon shaped nose. The resulting flavor of the roe is rich and creamy. Truly a luxurious caviar for a very affordable price.

Golden Whitefish Roe
From Northern Lakes Whitefish, this small yellow-gold roe has a firm almost crunchy texture. Its mild flavor compliments seaweed salads and cream cheese spreads. Also available are flavored whitefish roes in Truffled Tiger-Eye and Beet Saffron.

Salmon Roe/ Le Petit Salmon Trout Roe
Our Alaskan chum salmon roe has a very large egg approximately the size of a pearl, with a vibrant orange color. It is low in salt, with a firm texture. Our Petit Salmon Trout Roe has a smaller egg, resulting in a more concentrated fiery orange color.
