Ordering

To place an order, you may use our Online Store, call us at 800-944-7848 or e-mail us at service@brownetrading.com. Please include a daytime phone number so that we may confirm your order.

Our sales office is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Fridays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: online orders must be received before 2 p.m. EST to be processed for next day delivery.

All Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. SORRY, we cannot make deliveries on Mondays, Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

Shipping/Costs

All our perishable products are shipped in insulated packaging via UPS for overnight delivery to ensure freshness. (Browne Trading Company is not responsible for undelivered shipments. All our shipments do not require signature. Please make arrangements to receive your pershiable goods in a timely manner.)

Shipping costs for Overnight Delivery are $30.00.
For non-perishable products, the Ground shipping cost is $15.00.

Please note that in the instances where both perishable and non-perishable products are purchased in a single order, your total combined order will be shipped via Overnight Delivery to ensure freshness.

Saturday deliveries are not available online due to the limitations of availablilty of this service to all areas. If you must have Saturday delivery, please call the sales office to confirm your area eligibility and to place your order directly. Saturday Delivery Rate is $45.00

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $25.00 shipping fee.

Due to international regulations and customs delays, we are regretfully unable to ship to foreign countries.
